Key Responsibilities :

• Actively engage with community leaders, schools, organizations, and families to build relationships and promote awareness of our services.
• Identify and connect with families of children facing emotional or behavioral challenges, helping them understand and access available support services.
• Attend and organize outreach events, workshops, and meetings to network with families and community partners.
• Serve as a compassionate and approachable point of contact for families, walking them through the service intake process.
• Translate promotional materials, documents, and client communications into Spanish to ensure accessibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services provided are culturally sensitive and meet client needs.
• Report on outreach activities, progress, and community feedback to management.
