Job descriptionA supportive work environment with managers and teammates who value your contributions. A compensation range of $45,000 - $150,000 / year , which includes : A guaranteed base salary of $45,000 - $60,000 / year (based on experience). Commission earnings (5%-20% net, depending on the product sold) paid monthly once the guarantee is exceeded or fully commission-based after 12 months. A $50 / month cell phone allowance . This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of radio and digital advertising , a passion for helping local businesses succeed, and the drive to exceed sales goals.
