We are currently hiring a Recruiting Specialist for our Lafayette team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will provide outstanding customer service and will provide general information to visitors and candidates in person and via phone at an assigned branch or customer worksite.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these :
- Welcome clients, job applicants, and other visitors warmly
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Guide applicants through the application or registration process
- Help new hires with onboarding process
- Contribute to the candidate pool by assisting in the recruiting process.
- Payroll coordinator and time keeping
- Data Entry and Record Keeping
- General office maintenance and Supplies management
- Maintain accurate documentation.
Competencies
Competencies we value for this role include : We prefer at least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience, above average computer skills and have a working knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), be detail-oriented, have good written and oral communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, along with strong time management and organizational skills.
