As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the execution of cross-platform digital campaigns and strategies. To ensure the department stays aligned with all internal and external timelines this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and project management, including a deep understanding of campaign management across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and within scope, i.e., run Scrum meetings, schedule team meetings, follow-up on team deliverables.
• Facilitate and attend client calls, logging follow-up notes and action items.
• Collaborate across internal teams, third-party vendors, agencies, and platforms as needed; ensuring project alignment on deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate project processes : Identify areas for improvement as well as potential risks to campaign timelines and outcomes, proactively addressing issues to mitigate impact and ensure success.

Required Qualifications : Healthcare Marketing Background Preferred
