Become a Full-Time Direct Support Professional / Caregiver with the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) in the Lakewood, CO area and help empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live full, independent, and joyful lives. This onsite role is hands-on, deeply rewarding, and perfect for someone who enjoys building genuine connections and supporting others in a values-driven environment rooted in Dedication, Dignity, Respect, and Choice .
Compensation and Benefits
- $20.50 / hour
- Medical – Exceptional Cigna benefits : $30.25 / month employee cost, $500 deductible, 100% coverage after deductible
