RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our residential team in Clinton. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available Who We Seek Caring and compassionate individuals to be a part of our team providing support for individuals with disabilities. Our Adult Program serves individuals 20-50 with developmental disabilities, and cognitive, emotional, medical, and managed psychiatric challenges. Our program design is based on our philosophy of valuing each client and residents right to independence, satisfying work, family ties, and social / community connections. Responsibilities : The Residential Counselor is responsible for the daily implementation of activities and individual client treatment plans, and the development and maintenance of therapeutic relationships with individuals. Full supervision and support of individuals with complex needs and who require personal care. Qualifications : High School Diploma and 1-year experience are required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and 1-year of experience is preferred.
