We are searching for a talented LPN Staff
- 5000 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)
Hours : 32 flex 40hrs
Shift : Day shift; 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
Location : Rheum Clinic Fairhaven MA
Travel : This position will include Rheumatology / Infectious Disease Departments. This position includes traveling between the Fairhaven and the Rall River Practices.

Responsibilities
Position reports to the Director Manager or designee. Perform a variety of duties involving direct patient care such as medication administration patient and family teaching and procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and within the scope of practical nursing. Utilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related software to update or access patient information as appropriate. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.
Qualifications
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation : Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range
USD $24.47 - USD $42.05 / Hr.
