Responsibilities

• Conducts strategic financial analysis to support business operations and decision-making
• Assesses key business drivers and financial data to provide recommendations for action
• Develops and delivers fiscal year plans, forecasts, and multi-year financial projections
• Supports annual budgeting through analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
• Prepares and presents business management reports and key financial metrics
• Performs ad hoc financial analysis to address complex business challenges
• Critically analyzes financial data to solve problems effectively in high-complexity situations
• Manages multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Analytical skills with experience in reviewing complex financial reports
• Knowledge of mutual funds or investment management is preferred
• Collaborates effectively with global finance teams, demonstrating proficient communication skills
