Job Description :
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Director to join our team! In this role you will get to be the central point of contact for the customer supporting a high performing / high tempo Army logistics program management organization. You will be responsible for the accountability, sustainability, maintainability, quality and efficiency of a program with global reach.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Be responsible for representing Parsons to the client and ensuring your high performing team is exceeding client expectations related to cost, schedule, and performance
- Lead staff through complex global Army logistics challenges
- Manage subject matter leads including logisticians, operations managers, engineers, and technical field service representatives
- Assign responsibility for executing project plan activities to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths
- Be accountable for all program deliverables and quality oversight
- Perform program risk management responsibilities
- Participate in recruiting and hiring activities
- Help Parsons grow the business with this key client
- Manage subcontractors
- Be responsible for P&L with minimal oversight
- Manage dedicated company support leads to facilitate operation of the support

Salary Range : $155,600.00 - $280,100.00
