Job Objective :

The Director of Operations 2 oversees, manages and / or coordinates activities of budgeting, store sales, production, property & equipment management, and work therapy assignments.

Financial :

• Manages staff and resources with integrity and fiscal accountability.
• Supports the Administrator for Business in budget preparation and daily management of the center budget. Proactively guides assigned departments to work within approved budget.
• Review's finance and sales reports daily / weekly. Cross checks for accuracy bringing any questions to the bookkeeper.
