Key Responsibilities :
Support the organization, program, and unit philosophy of care
Supervise the nursing management team, ensuring high standards of patient care
Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees
Oversee compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and present monthly reports on operational performance and patient care metrics
Minimum Qualifications :
Education : Must possess a postgraduate degree in nursing or a related field (e.g., healthcare administration or business administration), or have a written plan to obtain these qualifications
Licensure : Current, unencumbered State Board of Nursing license
Certifications : CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact
Experience :
Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred
Direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
Strong background in patient assessments, family engagement, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities
Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
