DLA, LLC, a leading internal audit and accounting advisory firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing with strong professional services firm experience to lead our marketing department. This hybrid role, based in either our Fairfield, NJ headquarters or New York City office, offers a unique opportunity to shape the firm's marketing strategy and elevate our brand in the competitive consulting landscape. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving innovation and growth.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives and enhances its position in the market.
- Lead and manage marketing to execute campaigns, digital marketing, event marketing, public relations, and other initiatives effectively.
- Oversee the firm's branding and corporate identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, client service, and operations, to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in marketing strategies.
- Assist with thought leadership materials, collaborating with subject matter experts
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, media, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, presentations, and press releases.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
