The FirstFour Group is partnered with a national, industry-leading residential homebuilder to facilitate their search for a Director of Land Acquisition.
Based in Baldwin County, this role will provide operational leadership to the Land Acquisition team responsible for all aspects of land and lot acquisition for residential development throughout the northern Gulf Coast region including NW Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.
The role will require a self-starter with a minimum of five years of Real Estate acquisition and negotiation experience, preferably in the home building industry; Strong management capabilities with experience managing people, department operations, budgets and proformas, a track record of managing and growing a strong team, and a strong background with financial models / analysis. BA required, MBA strongly preferred.
