Join Lincoln Tech as we guide students toward a brighter future! We are seeking an Assistant Director of Field Admissions to collaborate with the Director of Field Admissions in steering our talented team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in overseeing the admissions process and providing valuable mentorship to our sales force.
Responsibilities of an Assistant Director of Field Admissions
- Assist with hiring sales representatives as well as training and growing the admissions team
- Conduct a career planning session with each candidate as well as ensure the completion of all enrollment paperwork
- Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems relating to the admissions process and ensure appropriate action is taken
- Direct and motivate the team to achieve maximum conversion rate
- Coordinate with all departments on campus to plan events, on and off campus, to increase recruitment efforts
- Assist the Director of Admissions to ensure that all admissions activity is documented in the school's official tracking system, and reported to the appropriate personnel
