Director of Business Development Driving High-Impact Lead Generation
About Gravity :
Gravity is a leader in GovTech innovation, helping public sector organizations enhance financial transparency. We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to build and scale a high-performing SDR team that fuels our sales pipeline.
Role Overview :
As a Director of Business Development , you will own the top-of-funnel strategy, drive lead generation initiatives, and mentor a team of SDRs to exceed targets. Youll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach and ensure alignment on revenue goals.
WhatYoull Do :
- Develop and execute scalable outbound sales strategies.
- Hire, train, and mentor SDRs to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and refine sales processes based on performance data.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing and ABM campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs and pipeline growth.
