Foxwood Springs Seeks Passionate Assistant Director of Nursing!

Foxwood Springs is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our dedicated team. In this key leadership role, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional care for our residents while supporting and mentoring our nursing staff.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Services department.
• Champion resident-centered care, ensuring all services comply with state and federal regulations, best practices, and Foxwood Springs' established policies.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee specific areas of the department, such as infection control, quality improvement, or staff development.
• Participate in resident care assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, physicians, and other departments.
• Maintain a high level of professional knowledge and competence through continuing education.
