Description :
- Manage an inside sales team responsible.
- Oversee all sales activities, while holding team members accountable for achieving and surpassing individual and collective sales targets.
- Establish and communicate clear, measurable sales goals for each team member, actively tracking their progress and performance through regular reporting, weekly one-on-one coaching sessions / meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue goals, ensuring the team is consistently exceeding KPIs related to lead conversion, student enrollments, and customer satisfaction.
- Inspire and empower both junior and senior sales professionals, cultivating a positive, high-energy, and goal-oriented team environment.
- Facilitate the professional development of team members by identifying their strengths, areas for improvement, and providing training opportunities to advance their careers within the organization.
- Act as a thought leader within the organization, continuously identifying opportunities to innovate and optimize sales processes, technology, and outreach strategies.
- Proactively monitor industry trends, student behavior, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with product development, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for prospective students and families.
