- Assess and promote professional skill development and training for direct reports
- Onboard and mentor direct reports toward best career path through mentorship and coaching
- Implement & hold team accountable to corporate goals and initiatives
- Develop contacts and build relationships with potential clients
- Effectively negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts
- Consistently achieve customer satisfaction goals and promote high levels of quality, design, and profitability on projects
- Coordinate with market sector leads to balance workload, responsibility, and integration between sector and region talent
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management and at least 10 years of construction project management experience including 5+ years of Design-Build construction project management experience with leadership on projects handling accounts from $10 million to $250 million (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred).
