As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through strategic digital marketing initiatives. You won't just execute campaignsyou'll shape digital strategy, optimize performance, and leverage data-driven insights to ensure maximum impact.
This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. You'll be responsible for everything from paid campaigns to content marketing, ensuring that every initiative aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results.

Your success as a Digital Marketing Manager will be measured by your ability to develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Here's how you'll make an impact :
Strategic Digital Marketing Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our client's business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.
- Identify and prioritize key digital channels for maximum impact, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

Colleagues
Your primary stakeholder will be your client, and cross-functional teams in the business such as sales, product, and design, ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. You'll also collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize digital marketing efforts, as required.
At Oceans, you'll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you're continuously growing and developing in your career.
