The Company is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead and innovate within a high-performance engineering culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of solutions that enhance online gaming experiences, with a focus on building and prioritizing a roadmap of features and technical innovations. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that projects align with business objectives and a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of quality delivery within the engineering teams. The Director will also be tasked with mentoring teams, developing strategic plans, and introducing process improvements to drive efficiency and excellence. Applicants for the Director of Software Engineering position at the company should have over 7 years' of experience in software delivery, demonstrating a deep understanding of software engineering practices and life cycles.
