Job descriptionSix-figure base salary with a guaranteed first-year bonus, combined to exceed $250,000. An attractive bonus program that rewards your achievements. Proficiency in subcontractor / supplier bidding strategy, bid evaluation, and detailed estimate presentation. Experience is preferred in data centers, health care, life sciences, industrial, institutional, manufacturing, or warehouse / distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture business relationships with owners, design consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and the retiring Director.
- Leadership and team building and development skills to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Preconstruction Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Oversee a team of associates to respond to RFPs, develop bid strategies, and interact directly with project owners to define scope, develop details, and provide cost guidance.
- Oversee associates to provide conceptual budgets and create GMAX proposals, ensuring accurate and detailed estimates.
