As the Full-Time Assistant Director of Health and Wellbeing at The Waters of Oak Creek, you'll partner closely with the Director of Health and Wellbeing to deliver exceptional care and services tailored to our Memory Care residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising a dedicated team of caregiving staff, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to our core values of empathy and excellence. You will conduct thorough assessments and implement continuing care plans that enhance the quality of life for our residents. What matters most
To thrive as the Full-Time Assistant Director of Health and Wellbeing at The Waters of Oak Creek, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experiences. An active RN license is a must, alongside previous experience in assisted living settings, which will help you navigate the unique challenges of Memory Care and Assisted Living. Strong supervisory skills are critical, as you will cultivate a high-performing caregiving team dedicated to our residents' wellbeing. Familiarity with healthcare software and tools will enable you to efficiently manage assessments and care plans, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
