Bluegrass Orthopaedics is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation Services in Lexington, KY.

The Rehabilitation Services Director serves as a highly skilled outpatient therapist demonstrating superior leadership qualities, who is knowledgeable in rehabilitation management and clinical operations and works collaboratively with practice leadership. This position requires the ability to lead, develop, mentor, and communicate with all members of a physician practice and the leadership team. This position is committed to evidence-based clinical outcomes, patient and provider customer satisfaction, efficient management operations, and regulatory compliance.

This Director of Rehabilitation Services will oversee clinics both clinically and financially, train and mentor Clinic Directors on clinic operations, leadership expectations, and policies / procedures. Will oversee clinical staff and lead in developing, training, and compliance with operating procedures. This position will cultivate a relationship with clinic leaders and physicians, in a systematic, consistent approach involving financial review, key clinical indicators, implementing growth opportunities, maintaining community presence, and outreach development.

This position will be tasked with oversight of the operations, growth, recruitment, and development of Rehabilitation practice at BGO and will require regular travel to BGO clinic locations.

Will require daily, weekly, and monthly dialogue and analytical discussions pertaining to clinic metrics, staffing, physician relationships, employee relations, and strategic planning with the operations team. Reports directly to the Senior Vice President of BGO.

Job Requirements :

• Degree in physical therapy AND / OR Degree in occupational therapy.
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist and / or Occupational Therapist in the state of Kentucky.
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in Outpatient and / or Private Practice Physical / Occupational Therapy required.
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a Rehab Leadership Position
• Full understanding of State Practice Act(s) and Compliance in the state assigned.
• Ability to travel to network sites regularly.
