Compensation
Our compensation is aligned with labor costs across various U.S. geographic regions. The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 up to $190,000 annually. Actual pay is based on several factors, including the specific location, as well as relevant skills, experience, and job-related expertise. Depending on the position, target bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits

Position Summary :
The Director of Sales, Food Service will be responsible for leading sales for Bonduelle Americas products across all foodservice channels. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the director of sales will function as an integral member of the company's leadership team and will focus on delivering profitable topline growth in line with the company's operating targets. This position is accountable for setting, driving, and achieving customer-specific goals with respect to revenue and gross margin growth, profitability by product by customer, existing and new product distribution / placement.
Responsibilities :
- Develop account plan / strategies to achieve sales goals
- Achieve all sales and profit goals with existing customers and targeted new customers
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal teams
- Communicate all customer initiatives to internal teams and leverage company expertise / capabilities
- Lead all projects related to customer
- Work collaboratively with all internal cross functional teams
- Identify and communicate opportunities for growth and risks
- Identify and communicate competitive activities
- Present new products / negotiate pricing
- Manage broker network where applicable
- Manage, coach, train and hire for Brand Ambassador positions
- Provide regular forecasts on business based on trends, new business and promotional events
- By your key position in our company, you will support our environmental and social initiatives to drive progress against our 2025 corporate social responsibility and B Corp certification ambitions
