The Director of Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the tone and culture of the Human Resources department while aligning HR strategy with organizational goals. Reporting directly to the President, this role oversees all aspects of human resources operations, including employee relations, recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, compliance, licensing, risk management, litigation support, and insurance matters.
This position partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning and organizational development while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The Director leads HR systems, policies, and processes; manages and develops HR staff; and ensures consistent application of company policies. Additionally, the role includes oversight of licensing operations, corporate compliance programs, and coordination with outside legal counsel on litigation matters.
The Director of Human Resources serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and management, driving employee engagement, retention strategies, performance management, and leadership development while safeguarding organizational integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
