OVERVIEW / BASIC FUNCTION :
This position is responsible for maintaining the hardware and software of the property's computing and communication environment. Will work with the Director of IT to evaluate equipment, search for alternatives and recommend improvements.
S UMMARY
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including property management, operations, and finance to ensure systems align with business needs
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate, implement, and optimize property management technology
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities to increase operational efficiency
- Lead the deployment of new property platforms and system upgrades ensuring systems are optimized for compliance, scalability, and data security standards
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in property technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities and stay ahead in the market
- Oversee the performance of the existing technology stack, implementing proactive solutions to address any issues and enhance system reliability and uptime
- Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and policies for the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of property management systems

The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. This position is eligible for bonus.
Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel luxury experience, location, and education.
