We are looking for a Director of Marketing to own and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a zero-to-one environment, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution and rapid iteration.
Your Mission
As our Director of Marketing, your objective is to build and optimize our B2B marketing engine to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales. You will own three core areas :
1. Establish and Tune Our B2B Lead Generation Engine
- Develop and execute a demand generation strategy, leveraging digital marketing, content, and outbound campaigns.
- Optimize marketing funnel conversion rates, refining lead qualification and handoff processes with sales.
- Implement marketing automation tools and analytics to track, measure, and improve performance.
2. Develop, Test, and Iterate on Our Messaging & Content
3. Manage Events (e.g., Trade Shows, Customer Events)
