Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and increase market share.
• Lead and mentor a small internal marketing team, fostering a culture of focus, accountability, and creativity.
• Manage external contract marketing resources, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and at a high standard.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, content strategy, and social media growth.
• Direct national campaigns, promotions, and product launches to strengthen brand positioning.
• Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to optimize performance and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve growth targets.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
