Position Overview :
The Assistant Director of Recruiting will lead key provider recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality clinical candidates. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, source, and successfully place Physicians, NPs, and PAs across multiple Bethany Medical locations.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, outbound outreach, networking, and strategic sourcing.
- Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Work closely with organizational leadership to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Track and report weekly on recruitment metrics, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Assist with onboarding and initial orientation for new provider hires.
