SoulRefiner.com is a streaming platform that distributes life-changing video content, focused on Bible-based teaching, to millions of people in thousands of churches throughout the world. The main goal for this role will be to develop, lead, inspire and manage the brand’s footprint, focusing on the films, products, brand marketing, and team development. Reporting to the CEO, this position will lead a team overseeing all marketing initiatives.

People who do well on this team are self-motivated individuals with a passion to share the transformational message of the Bible with others.

We are looking for a passionate Director of Marketing to join our team in Stuart, Florida.

What Winning Looks Like

• Hire, develop and cultivate an innovative marketing team
• Create and manage a wide variety of engaging campaigns
• Create and execute the big strategy for our brand
• Partner as a thoughtful member of the senior leadership team and collaborate with other departments to drive the business forward and accelerate revenue growth
• Partner and collaborate closely with leadership team to develop revenue opportunities and ensure that all marketing strategies are relevant and applicable to our mission
• Define the day-to-day execution and optimization of all creative marketing and promotional campaigns
• Develop innovative ideas to connect member needs with business goals
• Integrate data and analytics into the culture of the marketing team to ensure KPIs are consistently set and measured and to ensure data is integrated into the decision-making process
• Drive accountability for managing marketing spend and project budgets

Skills Needed to Win

Realistically, we need someone with strong digital marketing experience and familiarity with digital marketing trends. Your previous work will demonstrate how great of a marketer you truly are.
