Job descriptionLow Cost Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Referral Bonuses Tuition Reimbursement for Clinical Programs Generous Paid Vacation and Holidays Must possess valid unencumbered RN State License and current CPR certification Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related clinical setting. Prior experience as a Director of Nursing and / or Assistant Director of Nursing, strongly preferred Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred. Assure appropriate utilization of resources necessary for the delivery of quality patient care Communicate with other departments, patients, and families to ensure a coordinated interdisciplinary approach Oversee staff and assist when needed
