Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts to ensure timely completion of initiatives while adhering to quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize resources.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development efforts and expand market presence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and make data-driven decisions.

Experience

Proven experience in strategic planning and operations management within a leadership role.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is preferred.

Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.

Background in business development is a plus, showcasing an understanding of market dynamics.
