We are seeking a skilled and motivated RN for a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team in Houston, TX. If you have experience in Home Health and are driven by making a difference, this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for an RN who excels in fast-paced settings and has a solid understanding of Home Health regulations.

Position Overview :

As the Director of Nursing, you will lead and support a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Your leadership will be key in enhancing patient care outcomes, staff development, and improving operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities :

Oversee all nursing operations for the home health agency, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.

Lead, coach, and inspire the nursing team to provide outstanding patient care.

Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance in all aspects of patient care.

Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other departments to improve patient outcomes.

Monitor key performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure resources are used efficiently.

Requirements :

Active RN License in the state of Texas.

Home Health experience and strong knowledge of Home Health regulations and guidelines.

Proven leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, patients, and families.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and detail-oriented.

Salary & Benefits :

Salary : $125,000 – $145,000 (DOE)

Benefits : Health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, 2-3 weeks PTO.
