One of our top clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their team and help lead their nursing staff in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.
As the ADON, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the nursing department's culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
- Develop, implement, and enforce nursing policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct ongoing staff education and training to maintain competency and enhance patient care.
