Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintain quality assurance standards. Staff Development : Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team. Quality Improvement : Continuously assess and improve the quality of care provided to residents. Budget Management : Assist in developing and managing the nursing department budget effectively. Communication : Maintain open and transparent communication with residents, families, and staff members.
