As Director of Programs you will be driving our strategic business operations for all programmatic aspects of your assigned projects with specific focused responsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting, technical execution and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved. You will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight in all phases of business resource planning / tracking in coordination with other corporate entities, and build and lead an exceptional team to innovate, invent, implement, and deploy complex solutions in a mission-critical environment. You'll oversee process and procedure for assessing and mitigating program risk and ensure program issues and problems are identified, tracked and resolved. You'll be responsible for project / program status updates, proposal review and approval, and negotiations with project / program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command / control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains air, land, sea, space and cyber.
Responsibilities :
- Manage geographically separated program managers
- Regularly interact with SNC SLs - establishing strategic goals and product road maps
- Provide direction for program teams
- Establish financial forecasts and report status monthly
- Interact with customers to determine strategic needs and partnerships
- Interact with strategic vendors to ensure product lines are following strategic road maps
- Advocate for your team during end of year promotion, performance reviews

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
