A company is looking for a Director of Quality Engineering to lead and manage QA and R&D Technical Support teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the QA Team and R&D Technical Support TeamDrive the strategy and vision for quality assurance across the organizationMentor and grow the QA and R&D Support teams while overseeing QA automation strategiesRequired QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience managing and scaling global QA and support teamsDeep understanding of quality assurance processes, particularly in web and mobile application testingExperience with test automation, preferably using Playwright or similar toolsEducation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong background in resolving complex production issues and improving system reliability
