We are currently searching for an experienced Quality Director to support our Southwest Region and can be located in any of our Texas office locations .

What you’ll be doing :

• Implementation of Quality Management Program :

Ensure the Corporate Quality Management Program (QMP) is effectively implemented across all projects in Texas

Schedule and conduct both scheduled and unscheduled project audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

Develop and maintain quality standards, checklists, and processes tailored to specific clients and services within Texas

Conduct annual compliance and quality training for staff to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards

Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lessons learned, feedback from audits, and quality performance reviews

Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding quality expectations, project scope, budget, and schedule changes

Monitor and verify compliance with contractual quality requirements and industry standards

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, including audit compliance rates, client satisfaction scores, and non-conformance reports

Allocate and manage resources efficiently to support quality management activities and ensure project success

Identify potential risks to quality and implement strategies to mitigate these risks

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality audits, training sessions, and performance metrics
