Essential Responsibilities :

• Leadership : Manage performance, coach, and develop the Provider Recruitment team. Lead recruitment efforts as facilities integrate into the system.
• Planning : Coordinate recruitment efforts system-wide, prioritize recruitment needs annually, and execute recruitment plans. Develop hiring strategies and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Marketing / Sourcing : Strategize provider recruitment marketing, represent Deaconess at events, oversee recruitment media, and negotiate locums agreements.
• Recruiting : Conduct complex recruitment processes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, and assist with relocation logistics.
