Position Overview
The Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in supervising, monitoring, and analyzing admissions team performance. This position identifies performance trends, provides strategic insights, and delivers consistent coaching and training to ensure the team meets both metric-specific and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other departments to provide exceptional service to new students . All admissions activities must be conducted with the highest ethical standards while adhering to state, federal, and institutional policies and regulations .

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide consistent coaching and training to admissions representatives to ensure high performance.
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives within the local and regional landscape , using performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to support lead generation and optimize the admissions pipeline.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulations related to school and recruitment operations .
- Maintain accurate and timely data integrity within the CRM system .
