Responsibilities

Experience

Proven experience in strategic planning and operations management within a leadership role.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is preferred.

Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.

Background in business development is a plus, showcasing an understanding of market dynamics.
