A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead expansion and revenue opportunities in the recruiting and ATS provider sectors. Key Responsibilities : Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with recruiting firms and ATS providers Leverage existing connections to generate leads and build trust with potential clients Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets Required Qualifications : Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in the recruiting or HR technology industry Demonstrated history of building and maintaining relationships with recruiting firms and / or ATS providers Significant experience selling ATS software solutions A keen interest in AI and its application in the recruiting industry Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within the United States
