This is a unique opportunity to lead groundbreaking blockchain work and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams shaping the future of decentralized infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership experience, particularly in taking blockchain projects from inception to Token Generation Event (TGE) and developing provider / subscriber ecosystems and wallet applications.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the blockchain engineering roadmap to create cutting-edge decentralized protocols for global markets.
Lead innovation by integrating blockchain with proprietary quantum and WiFi technologies to address security, scalability, and connectivity challenges.
Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Blockchain Development & Architecture

Architect and implement Layer 1 blockchain solutions focused on wallet development and provider / subscriber interactions.

Design decentralized identity management systems, key custody solutions, and encryption protocols to ensure security and user trust.

Drive development of tokenomics models to support decentralized ecosystems and business objectives.

Data-Driven Insights

Utilize SQL expertise to analyze blockchain data and provide actionable insights.

Implement robust data quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Innovation & Use Case Development

Develop blockchain applications for secure IoT, decentralized finance (DeFi), and digital asset management.

Ensure adherence to international regulatory frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, and KYC / AML.

Represent the company at industry events to showcase blockchain innovations.

Agile Project Management

Apply Agile principles to manage complex projects and balance resource allocation in global markets.

Key Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in blockchain programming languages : Solidity, Rust, Go, Python ; familiarity with React Native is highly valued.

Deep understanding of Avalanche blockchain technology and Layer 1 development.

Expertise in cryptographic techniques, such as zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs).

Experience in DePIN solutions, tokenomics, and AI-driven blockchain innovations.

Experience & Leadership

7+ years in blockchain development or decentralized systems, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience taking projects from concept to TGE , including wallet application development.

Strong project management skills, delivering large-scale blockchain projects on time and within budget.

Communication & Business Acumen

Ability to articulate blockchain vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding of blockchain's commercial potential in solving industry challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenomics, and secure IoT systems.
