This role will allow you to take on greater responsibility in project management, where your leadership, analytical skills, and passion for operations will have a significant impact on the companys growth and success. Part of your duties may include providing strategic guidance to teams to ensure that program goals align with Neal R. Gross Co.s core objectives. Court Reporting transcription industry knowledge / experience preferred but not required. This is a remote position however some travel to DC will be required. / ppResponsibilities : / pp Help develop and support culture building initiatives. / pp Help develop and implement employee development pathways from entry level to management levels. / pp Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. / pp Overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. / pp Developing and managing project documentation, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans. / pp Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. / pp Managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and project requirements. / pp Help develop business intelligence dashboards and quarterly business review for government contracting and civil litigation. / pp Leveraging data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and drive strategic decisions. / pp Collaborating closely with business development and contracting teams to support project bids and client relationships. / pp Supporting team members professional development through mentorship and guidance. / pp Supporting CEO and VP of Operations. / p / div
