As a Software Engineering Manager within PNC’s Business Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

- Oversee all system upgrades, enhancement and issues for our HR Talent application portfolio. Manages the design, implementation, delivery and support of all related changes to this portfolio, or in support of other business or technical areas that have a dependency on any of these Talent solutions.
- Manage a team of BSAs, developers and quality engineers providing oversight, guidance and performance management to drive individual and team success
- Serves as subject matter expert for all applications supporting our HR Talent business functions
- Ensure data security, compliance, integrity, testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
- Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery
