Director of Software Engineering

Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a Director of Software Engineering to work mostly onsite in Kansas City MO!

• Job will be mostly onsite, local candidates are required
• Ideal candidates will have background in SDLC, ERP, EHR, CRM etc., and may have had previous hands on coding experience
• Previous billing systems, claims, insurance, healthcare, EDI experience would be preferred
• The role will be standing up a team, building out a brand new team and will have 6-10+ direct reports, both onshore and offshore.
