Job descriptionMaintains the dish area ensuring that all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, & pans are thoroughly cleaned & sanitized. Cleans and organizes the back of house, including coolers, freezers, and storage areas. Cleans floors and removes garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers. Execute opening and closing procedures. Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers. Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and handle extreme heat for extended periods of time. Must be able to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift / move up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
