JOB SUMMARY
Job Profile Summary
Manage and coordinate the construction and installation of plant pipeline and station facilities meter stations O&M projects and capital projects in accordance with Company policies / procedures and required regulations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Manage construction and installation of plant pipeline and station facilities
Interact and communicate with customers vendors contractors surveyors NDT personnel regulatory agencies and the public
Manage the construction execution team to complete projects on time and on budget
Participate in the preparation of construction estimates and AFEs
Complete regular accounting / finance functions such as cost forecasts and accruals
Prepare bid packages show jobs analyze and award bids
Procure construction materials
Plan and coordinate construction job assignments for inspectors
Closeout projects to have all required documentation reports and construction information
Perform duties independently with minimal supervision
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Work Experience
5 years experience in the construction of plant and station facilities gas pipelines and related appurtenances REQUIRED
Requires experience and / or training related to :
Transmission / gathering pipeline operations
Cathodic protection
Compression
Safety
Rightofway
Regulation and measurement
Capital and O&M budgets
Company / governmental regulations

Experience with construction and / or maintenance project and knowledge of project execution

Knowledge and understanding of the required design and welding codes.

Ability to read and comprehend plant pipeline and station drawings piping diagrams alignments sheets and P & IDs.
