The Confirmation Dispatch Representative is responsible for overseeing all lead management duties for a market segment including, confirming, documenting, and dispatching all appointments within company guidelines to maximize Market Profitability and efficiency.

Essential Job Functions :

• Responsible for lead management of a market segment.
• Double check all notes, appointment history, details to ensure your market maximizes its potential.
• Dispatch all leads according to the best RPL and sales rep situation.
• Confirm accuracy of appointment with the customer and other sources as outlined by company guidelines.
• Gain customer agreement on attendance and timeframe of appointment.
• Dispatch customer appointments to sales reps within company guidelines.
• Accurately document and disposition all appointments, calls and sales within company guidelines.
• Communicate with Confirmations / Dispatch manager any systemic, policy or process gaps in need of attention.
• Communicate with Dispatch / Confirmations team any scheduling, lead, appointment, or customer discrepancies, irregularities or changes.
• Call / text / email customers with appointments in need of attention in a timely manner or in line with pre-determined schedule.
• Communicate regularly and professionally to sales and call center management on market needs.
• Participate in coaching sessions and training regularly and when requested.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
