Handle any requests, order, and complaints from customers. Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. Providing accurate directions to delivery facilities. Dispatch drivers to deliveries Responsible for accurately keeping required records. Communicate with customers if deliveries are going to be late Other administrative projects and duties as assigned Requirements : 3-5 years of dispatching or logistics experience Industry knowledge preferred Advanced interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication.
