A company is looking for a Dispatcher I to manage intake, triage, and access to care for members across the country. Key Responsibilities Screen requests for services from members and gather necessary information Demonstrate effective communication and manage expectations during calls Monitor field resource status and respond to emergency alerts appropriately Required Qualifications Completion of education and field preceptorship as an Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic or equivalent clinical triage experience Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification or higher 3+ years of experience as a telecommunicator or dispatcher, preferably in an EMD center Ability to tolerate keyboarding and sitting or standing for extended periods Access to a secluded workspace with reliable internet service
